Return & Exchange Policy

JENDEAR is committed to providing high standards of jewelry. We wish you good luck and happiness with our jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges for items in brand new condition that are not worn out within the first 14 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. There will be a shipping fee and restocking fee of $10 charged for the returns. The price difference will be calculated if you need an exchange.

 

Non-Refundable Items

1. Jewelry that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

3. Customized products cannot be re-sold, therefore they do not enjoy the return and exchange policy.

4. Earrings cannot be accepted to be returned due to hygiene reasons. Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

How do I start the return process? 

To allow us to arrange a refund/exchange for you as quickly as possible, we’ve implemented a quick & simple returns process online. Follow the steps below to start your return process.

1. To start your return, please contact chengxiangmaoyi@outlook.com (you’ll need your order number and email to hand). 

2. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time.

3. We will review your needs and contact you to provide a solution.

4. Pay for your return and fill in the tracking number – unfortunately we’re currently unable to offer free returns for our customers.

5. After we receive your returned parcel, we will exchange the item and ship to you; or process your refund. 

 

Note:

* We take full responsibility for any damage to jewelry incurred during shipping due to bumps, collisions, or other impacts

* If you receive a product that is damaged/broken/missing/wrong on delivery, such notification must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. and must include your name, email address, and pictures and written descriptions of the damaged/broken/faulty product. You must also return the damaged product to us after we have received your notice of damage.

* For product damaged return/exchanges : If you contact us within 48 hours after delivery, we will return or replace the goods for free; If you contact us after 48 hours of delivery, we will no longer be able to process the package as we assume that you have accepted the damaged/broken/missing/wrong package you received by default.

* For non-product damage exchanges, customers are required to pay for the return and reshipping fees. Once the returned package is confirmed to be in good condition, a new package will be sent out. Additionally, for exchanges to a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, the price difference will be refunded via the original payment method within 1-3 business days after the replacement item has been successfully delivered.

* Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not the return address for after-sale department and will affect & postpone the processing of your return.

 

When will I receive my refund or exchanged product?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.

 

Fefund:

It will take a further 2-10 business days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 10 business days have passed and you have not received the funds.
